1. Fertilizer Products Exempt from Registration in China

2. Products Subject to Filing

Products filed with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs

Water-soluble macronutrient fertilizers, Water-soluble fertilizers containing calcium and magnesium, Water-soluble fertilizers containing micronutrients, agricultural-grade potassium magnesium chloride, and agricultural-grade potassium magnesium sulfate are filed with the agricultural administrative authorities. 3. Products Registered with the Agricultural Administrative Departments of Provinces, Autonomous Regions, and Municipalities Directly Under the Central Government

The Agricultural Administrative Departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities are responsible for the registration approval, issuance of registration certificates, and announcement of organic fertilizers and rice nursery soil conditioner within their administrative regions. 4. Products Registered with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affair

In addition to the exempted and provincially registered fertilizer products, other types of fertilizers are required to undergo a registration process with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China. This includes both directly approved products and those subject to review. Directly approved products encompass various fertilizers such as water-soluble fertilizers containing amino acids, water-soluble fertilizers containing humic acids, and microbial inoculants in agriculture. On the other hand, reviewed products include urea ammonium nitrate solution, modified ammonium nitrate, calcium ammonium nitrate, slow-release fertilizers, micronutrient fertilizers, organic water-soluble fertilizers, soil amendments, agro-forestry absorbent polymers, and more.
