The English Translation of Measures for the Administration of Road Transportation Safety of Dangerous Goods is Now Available

1 Jan. 2020, the Measures for the Administration of Road Transportation Safety of Dangerous Goods (hereinafter refered to as the Measures) formally took effect.

The Measures for the Administration of Road Transportation Safety of Dangerous Goods is a higher-level law. Itshares much similarity with the JT/T 617. The Measures give more details on the penalty provisions.

After the implementation of the Measures, the consignors need to assume more responsibilities, including the transfer of classification, dangerous goods mark, the consignment list and other information listed in JT/T 617. Package, mark, package testing as well as the maximum quantity meet the requirements of the Measures.

In order to help enterprises better understand the requirements for the transportation, packaging, loading and unloading of dangerous goods, experts of CIRS has translated the Measures into English.
