          CIRS Group is to hold a free webinar to the interprete the "Registration and Listing of Cosmetic Product Facilities and Products: Guidance for Industry" on September 6-7, 2023. This webinar will introduce the latest developments in US cosmetics regulations to enterprises exporting cosmetic products to the United States and assisting enterprises in preparing for regulatory compliance as soon as possible.
          The first webinar in this series will delve into the important aspects of the Cosmetic Ingredients Database (CosIng) and the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) lists. We will explore how these lists function, their significance in cosmetics formulation, and how to effectively navigate them. By the end of this webinar, you will have a solid understanding of the CosIng and the INCI, empowering you to create safe and compliant cosmetic products.
          On June 16, 2023, the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of People’s Republic of China sought opinions on 12 mandatory national standards (draft for comments), including the Safety and Technical Standards for Cleaning Products (Draft for Comments). Comments are welcomed before August 16, 2023. The Safety and Technical Standards for Cleaning Products is to replace the GB/T 26396-2011 "Safety and Technical Standards for Cleaning Products", and the nature of the document will be changed from recommended to mandatory. The recommended transitional period is 12 months.
          Evolving chemical regulations such as the implementation of One Enterprise, One Product, One QR Code for hazardous chemicals in China and emerging REACH-like regulations in APAC countries are creating new regulatory challenges for chemical companies operating in China in 2023. In addition, the revised Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR) brings new opportunities for new cosmetic ingredient innovation but also more compliance obligations on cosmetic ingredients.

This free webinar mainly focuses on the latest regulatory requirements for new cosmetic ingredients in China as well as the pre- and post-filing requirements, to help related enterprises have a better understanding of the regulatory requirements under CSAR.
