I. Change product name

II. Change enterprise name, production address name

III. Change ingredient list, nutrition information

IV. Change content claim permitted by national food safety standard

V. Change registered trademark, graphics, product standard code, certification project

VI. Change other contents that are related to product formula registration consistency

Circumstances that label change application is not required

I. Change production date, expiration date, direction, intake amount, storage condition, cautions, information related to product traceability, warning, product after-sales service

II. Change source country/region claim of raw milk, raw milk powder and other raw materials

III. Change location of contents (excluding trademark and product name) in main display layout, change location of contents in non-main display layout

IV. Change trademark holder, agent, production license number (registration number of overseas production enterprise), contact information (QR code, telephone, etc.)

V. Change certification mark, label color

VI. Change product specification (net weight)

VII. Change other contents that are not related to product formula registration consistency

The label change application procedure is specified in Administration Measures on Infant Formula Milk Powder Formula Registration.

The label applying for change application and the label modified by the enterprise itself shall comply with relevant regulations in China.

If the contents of the product specification submitted for formula registration needs to be modified during the validity period of formula registration certificate, it can be modified by the enterprise itself and there is no need to submit change application. The modified product specification shall comply with the relevant regulations in China.
