Weekly Summary – Updates on the Approval and Review of “Three New Foods” - Regulatory News - Food & Food Contact Materials

From December 20 to December 27, China's National Health Commission (NHC) Government Services Platform issued notifications regarding the approval and review of “Three new foods” (new food raw materials, new food additives, and new food-related products). The notifications included:

Fourteen notifications of extension notice;
Five notifications of review opinions;
Thirteen notification of approval of review results; and
Three non-approval decisions;
