          From May 23 to June 9, 2024, China's National Health Commission (NHC) Government Services Platform issued notifications regarding the approval and review of “three new foods” (new food raw materials, new food additives, and new food-related products). The notice covers an extension for four new food raw materials, notification of review opinions for two new food raw materials, and the decision to reject four new food additives.
